LEGACY HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASKETBALL

Legacy Players and Families,

We are excited to get going for our off season. It is finally about time to meet the incoming freshman players and see all of the interest in Legacy Basketball for the upcoming season. I will try and cover as much information about this summer as possible in this email, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

 

Open Gym: We will host open gym workouts weekly throughout the summer. These workouts, we invited all interested players to join us and learn and compete in our drills and teaching. We will be beginning our open gym workouts May 19 and will go through the month of June. Dates Below

 

Summer Teams: Based on our evaluations the week of May 19, we will be putting together three summer teams to compete in weekend tournaments in June. There will be a freshman team, JV team, and Varsity team. We will communicate those teams asap, but please let us know if you are unable to attend the weekends as we would like to fill the spot with another player. These tournaments take place at college and high school campuses across the Metro area. These teams are quick ways for us to compete in the summer, but have no actual relevance to the Legacy Basketball season that begins in November. If your son does not make a summer team, they are still encouraged to continue to come to our open gyms. We will have 4 teams to tryout for during the winter season when it counts.

May 20 - 3:30pm-5pm

May 21 - 3:30pm-5pm

May 22 - 6:30pm - 8pm

May 26 - 6:30pm - 8pm

May 27 3:30pm - 5pm

May 28 3:30pm - 5pm

June 4 3:30pm-5pm

June 11 3:30pm - 5pm

June 18 3:30pm - 5pm

June 25 3:30pm - 5pm

 

Team Camps for those on Summer teams:

Varsity- UNC Overnight Camp June 5-7. $260 per player. I will send more info on this asap

GOld Crown June 12-14. $75 per player

Colorado Live Showcase June 26-29 at Northfield High School

 

JV- Metro State team camp June 5-8

Gold Crown team camp June 12-14

 

Freshman-Metro State Team Camp June 5-8

 

Gold Crown Team Camp June 12-14
